SWE-ECI kicked off the new year by meeting with registered dietician Amanda Nighbert to discuss all things health and wellness. Amanda shared with the group how important habit building is to meet your health and wellness goals. We discussed how impactful habit tracking is to keep yourself accountable. Amanda also shared about her Living Energized and Nourished (LEAN) 7 week program that focuses on whole food nutrition, macronutrient tracking, carb cycling, intermittent fasting, and fitness and strength training.
