SWE-ECI finished out the year with our FIRST in person event since February 2020! We enjoyed some relaxation yoga lead by Andrea from Toula Yoga. Her theme for the group was allowing your light to shine and not holding back as women typically do. She lead us through a yoga series that really focused on stretching out our shoulders and hips. We finished the yoga with some relaxing meditation. Thank you Andrea for teaching our class - it was the perfect Sunday afternoon activity to get us in the right head space for the work week ahead.
